Shop@UW Account Request Forms to be Phased Out  

As of March 1, in preparation for the upgrade of Shop@UW to ShopUW+ we will no longer create new MD accounts or reactivate closed accounts. Users will still be able to update existing active accounts using the Account Setup or Revision form.

This is the first step in phasing out the request form. When ShopUW+ goes live, users will have editing rights within their accounts.

Individuals without an account by March 1st should work within their department to complete a transaction. If you have any questions contact Shop@UW Customer Service at
