Who is required to take this training?
Every NEW and EXISTING Shop@UW Primary Account Contact/Holder is required to take this training.
All new Primary Account Contact/Holders listed on requests submitted on or after 12/31/2018 will be required to complete and pass the training and quiz before they are given their login credentials.
Existing users or individuals listed on applications submitted prior to but approved after 12/31/2018 will be required to complete and pass the training and quiz by 04/01/2019.
It is not necessary for the Shipping Contacts listed on additional addresses to take the training.
What does the training course consist of?
The training course consists of a 9 minute informational video followed by a 6 question quiz. You must pass the quiz with a 100% grade and will have the opportunity to re-take it if necessary. The total estimated time to complete the course and training is 15 minutes.
When do I need to complete the training and quiz?
The training course has no completion deadline for new Shop@UW users, however the Primary Account Contact/Holder will not receive their login information until a 100% grade for the quiz has been obtained by that user.
The completion deadline for existing users is 04/01/2019. Failure to complete the training by then will result in a temporary suspension of your account until the training is complete.

Why is this training required?

How do I register for the training course?

Will I need to complete this training every time I am added to a Shop@UW account?
The training is not required for each account, but rather each user. Once you have completed the training, you will not be required to take it again if you are added to other accounts.
Where can I find my employee ID?

Step One
Click the appropriate hyperlink to access your training course.

Step Two
Click "Enroll in Course" on the right-hand side of the page.

Step Three
The page will refresh automatically once you have successfully enrolled in the Shop@UW New User Training. Click "Go to the Course" on the right-hand side of the page to access the training video and quiz.

Step Four
You are now ready to view the training presentation. Once you have viewed the video, click the second link to complete the Shop@UW New User Training Quiz.
